A fitness programme designed for real life, with breath-work and mindfulness woven throughout. You’ll be directly coached through the techniques I’ve refined over 19 years of helping clients create strength, energy and ease - both inside and outside of training (home or gym based workouts - you decide)

Around 80% of our focus will be on fitness and nutrition - the foundations that help you look and feel your best.
